All products are priced in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) on this website. The Order will be charged in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for delivery within Malaysia.
The prices shown on the website do not include any taxes, duties, levies, delivery charges or any other additional charges which may be incurred at the destination country.
Payment is charged to your Credit or Debit card for online purchases. Admrk Group International Sdn Bhd will use a third-party payment gateway system to enable the online transaction on the web.
For any cancellation of your order, kindly contact us by email/Call/WhatsApp within twenty-four (24) hours of placing your Order online stating the Order reference number. We will provide you with a full refund if the Order has not been processed or delivered. However, if the Order has been processed and cleared/dispatched, the client is responsible for all financial charges imposed from the online payment gateway, and for all freight charges involved due to the cancellation
Any exchange of product type will only be permitted if we are notified by email/call/WhatsApp within twentyfour (24) hours of placing your Order online. No exchange of product type will be permitted once the products are cleared/dispatched for delivery after twenty-four (24) hours.
Upon acceptance of delivery, if there is damage to the product, you are required to notify us by email within twentyfour (24) hours of receipt of the delivery. You will need to arrange for the product to be returned to us within two (2) days to our distribution centre which we will advise you after receiving your notification of damaged product. Upon receipt and verification of the damaged item, we will provide you with a replacement and if the item is not available, we shall refund the price of the order.

The Product will be your responsibility from the time of delivery which shall be deemed to occur upon the delivery of the Product to the courier.
Ownership of the product will only be passed to you upon receipt by Admrk Group International Sdn Bhd of full payment of all sums due in respect of the product including delivery charges.
All legal issues arising under these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of Malaysia and resolved exclusively through the courts of Malaysia.
